SUBSTANCE: to control noise, a base station receives the first report an adjacent base station, the first noise report concerns noise situation of the adjacent base station; data transmissions for terminals are controlled by the base station based on the first noise report from the adjacent base station, wherein data transmission control includes assigning traffic channels to the terminals based on the first noise report, and wherein traffic channels are orthogonal to the assigned traffic channels operated by the adjacent base station.
EFFECT: efficiency of each terminal is improved by lessening noise from other terminals of the system.
