FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Elongation of bone stump is realised by transposition of bone autotransplant on feeding it dorsal metacarpal artery, separated from diaphysis of underlying metacarpal bone of elongated finger phalanx, through subcutaneous tunnel and cut onto dorsal surface of bone stump of phalanx with its further fixation by means of axial pin.
EFFECT: method allows to elongate bone part of stump in case of excess of soft tissues.
