SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and deals with acetaminophen suspension which does not contain colouring agents and includes efficient amount of non-reducing sweetener and efficient amount of suspending system, and methods of obtaining said composition. Pharmaceutical composition which does not contain colouring agents has pH from approximately 5 to approximately 6 and in fact does not contain reducing sugar.
EFFECT: acetaminophen suspension is stable during storage and possesses high efficiency.
