FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to multilayer woven material with misaligned reinforcement and method of its production. Proposed method comprises weaving first workpiece wherein warp threads are oriented parallel to direction running at, in fact, 0°, while filler or circular threads are oriented parallel to direction running at 90°. Then first workpiece is twisted in first direction by setting its first part relative to its second part whereat warp threads are twisted towards direction running at 0°, while filler or circular threads stay, in fact, parallel to direction running at 90°. Then one or several additional workpieces twisted in second direction, opposite the first one, or untwisted, or representing combination of twisted and untwisted workpieces, are superimposed. Multilayer woven material comprises workpiece that has warp threads twisted from direction running at 0°, and warp or circular threads oriented, in fact, parallel to direction running at 90. Note that warp threads twisted in direction opposite to that running at 0° provide for misaligned reinforcement of woven material. Multilayer material comprises also one or several additional workpieces twisted in second direction, opposite the first one, or untwisted, or representing combination of twisted and untwisted workpieces.
EFFECT: efficient method to produce symmetric and asymmetric materials with misaligned reinforcement.
