FIELD: production of parts from composite materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves winding tape in layer-by-layer manner, with tape being spiral fabric containing spiral core threads and strictly radial filling threads. Weight of core thread system of the given spiral fabric related to the unit of area is increasing in space between internal and external diameter thereof. Method further involves consolidating layers of spiral fabric by punching them with needles so as to bind one layer with another by means of fibers drawn by these needles from threads of given fabric. Increase in weight of core thread system related to unit of area compensates, at least approximately for volumetric density of given blank, decrease in density of filling thread system in space between internal and external diameters of spiral fabric. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced loss of basic composite material and decreased costs of process. 18 cl, 8 dwg
