FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to press forging equipment, particularly to hydraulic presses. Split nut with circular ledges is used to joint hydraulic press columns representing round rods with circular grooves made of their ends. Said ledges enter column circular grooves to produce pitch ribbed joint. Column circular grooves feature round with radius making one fourth of ribbed joint pitch. Nut circular rounded grooves formed by its circular ledges have cylindrical belt to center the columns. Nut groove roundness radius makes at least 1/6 of ribbed joint pitch.
EFFECT: higher reliability of hydraulic press.
