FIELD: electrochemical processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for electrochemical processing of a helical gear profile in the hole of a tubular workpiece for manufacturing stators with a uniform thickness of an elastomer lining used in screw gerotor hydraulic motors for drilling oil wells.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the resource and reliability of the electrode unit for electrochemical processing; invention also makes it possible to increase the accuracy of processing by improving heat removal, creating additional turbulence and increasing the efficiency of entrainment and cleaning of metal sludge from the interelectrode gap by electrolyte flow into the cavity behind the screw rear guide to prevent short circuits when moving behind the electrode in the screw hole of the tubular workpiece.
