FIELD: electrochemical processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electrode block for electrochemical processing of annular grooves in a hole of a tubular billet with a helical toothed profile, used in the manufacture of hybrid stators of screw gyro motors used for drilling oil wells.

EFFECT: invention provides reduction of electrolyte flow pressure loss due to electrolyte flow velocities and pressure equalization, prevention of short circuits during electrode rotation and annular groove formation in the screw hole of a tubular workpiece, while improving heat removal by creating additional turbulence and increasing entrainment and purification of metal sludge by electrolyte flow for prevent short circuits from the interelectrode gap; invention also provides an increase in the accuracy of centering the electrode relative to the machined helical toothed profile in the hole of the tubular workpiece, which makes it possible to increase the accuracy of the resulting annular grooves in the hole of the tubular workpiece with a helical toothed profile.
