SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ferrous metallurgy, particularly to production of alloy for steel deoxidising, alloying and modifying. Alloy contains wt %: silicon 45.0-63.0, aluminium 10.0-25.0, calcium 1.0-10.0, barium 1.0-10.0, vanadium 0.3-5.0, titanium 1.0-10.0, carbon 0.1-1.0, iron - the rest.
EFFECT: upgraded quality of steel processed with disclosed alloy due to deep non-metallic inclusions oxidising and modifying and due to simultaneous alloying steel with barium, titanium and vanadium.
