FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: hydroelectric power plant of transport means includes gas turbines installed on exhaust pipe of ICE with adjustable dampers installed in bypass lines, pipelines with solenoid valves, not less than one heat exchanger, control of gas-distributing mechanism; hydraulic part of power plant includes hydraulic pumps mounted on gas turbines, ejectors and ejector nozzle, and installed on ICE exhaust pipe, hydraulic motors connected to additional pressurisation turbine, with ICE crankshaft and with starter; wheel hydraulic motors, hydraulic tank, high-pressure hydraulic accumulator, hydraulic distributor, hydraulic shock absorber; electrical part of power plant includes generators installed on opposite side on gas turbines, ejectors and ejector nozzle, pneumatic compressor installed on gas turbine and in-series connected to vacuum motor connected to generator, wheel electric motors, mechanical compressor with pneumatic supply atomiser to inlet ICE header, storage battery and storage capacitor.

EFFECT: increasing ICE power, reducing fuel flow, decreasing hazardous emissions to atmosphere and increasing fuel octane rating.
