FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power plants with internal combustion engines, in particular, to turbo piston engines. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the vehicle power plant including the piston engine-gas generator and the turbine contains the gas-air ejector installed on the engine exhaust pipeline with the mixing chamber and the diffuser to increase pressure and weight of the gas-air mixture supplied to the turbine. Turbine is expansion machine operating on gas-air mixture, turbine shaft is constantly connected to output shaft of vehicle, and piston engine is made with possibility of connection to output shaft of vehicle.

EFFECT: increased capacity of power plant and reduced temperature of gases leaving to environment; as a result of application of proposed invention there is increased weight of working medium for power turbine due to formation of gas-air mixture flow from combustion products of fuel and atmospheric air, which is used for obtaining of additional mechanical energy on output shaft of turbine.
