FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: for emergency shutdown, including wind-driven power plant, in centrifugal device containing the rotating drive shaft installed at the bottom, levers with weights which are hinged to drive shaft and kinematically connected to each other, sleeve put on drive shaft with possibility of longitudinal movement, kinematically connected on one side to levers through the rollers installed on them and engaged with stops made on the sleeve, and on the other side through kinematic links to actuator; kinematic connection of sleeve and actuator is made through coupling joint, each of the half-couplings of which is equipped with a shank; at that, drive shaft is hollow and shank of one of half-couplings is arranged in it with possibility of longitudinal movement, which is pressed with spring with screw plug, connected to the sleeve by means of a pin passing through longitudinal slots made in drive shaft, and stops on the sleeve are made so that rollers are disengaged from them at the turn of levers at the speed of drive shaft which is higher than allowable one; at that, levers are attached to each other by means of links of antiparallelogram mechanism and equipped with limiters of rotation angle; shank of the second half-coupling is installed on the bottom with possibility of being rotated and enters the screw pair with fixture of output link of actuator, which is installed on the bottom with possibility of translational and rotating movements; at that, fixture is retained in initial position against being rotated with a pin arranged in the slot on the bottom, leaving the slot after the fixture is disengaged from output link, and the second half-coupling is retained in initial position against being rotated with elastic fixture.

EFFECT: providing operability of centrifugal device in conditions of increased loads at output link of actuator, at decreased dimensions and weight, insignificant power consumption for its operation.
