SUBSTANCE: invention proposes solution for provision of multimedia system services (IMS) and in particular, services of intermediate calls to users having terminals controlled with the help of channels switching and not adapted to provide IMS services to users. In particular, it is proposed to introduce new type of unit called function of mobile communication access gateway control (MAGCF). This new unit combines logical functional facilities of cellular switching centre and logical functional facilities of logical circuit based on packets. Invention discusses concept of MAGCF, which processes intermediate calls, including identification of received request of intermediate call, generation of according message in compliance with identified intermediate call, tracking status of performed intermediate calls.
EFFECT: provision of services based on packets for user equipment that operates in domain controlled with the help of channels switching.
