SUBSTANCE: methods and device are described for establishment of communication lines used to maintain sessions of communication with one or several terminal units, such as mobile devices. Various criteria are directed at mobile unit, which controls establishment of initial communication lines with the first access unit, and also establishment of new communication lines from the first access unit to the second access unit during process of relay race transfer of service, with application of highly efficient messages and signals.
