SUBSTANCE: method and device are proposed for transfer of key authorisation request from mobile station to network device, besides the request indicates that mobile stations needs address for transfer of external agent, in order to continue receiving data. Network device assigns temporary address to mobile station and creates data base of safety strategy for mobile station. Mobile station receives agent notices from temporary agents that may provide service. Mobile station is registered with the help of external agent. Network device then modifies data base of safety strategy to reflect information of external agent. Home agent assigns home address to mobile station, and network device updates data base of safety strategy for inclusion of only home address of mobile device in it as selector.

EFFECT: transparent routing of IP-datagrams to mobile stations in Internet on the basis of data base of safety strategy for mobile station.
