FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: method for execution of service transfer in wireless network includes stages, at which assignment messages are simultaneously decoded by means of access terminal from multiple sectors in active set of access terminal. And access terminal service is transferred by signal to access terminal by means of at least one of assignment messages. Besides this execution additionally consists in the fact that it is changed over to service sector, from which access terminal has taken assignment message last.
EFFECT: efficient transfer of communication service for access terminals in wireless network.
