FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a frame, driven shaft with cartridge on the console part, drive shaft with cartridge. The device is equipped with a device of layout of flexible irrigation pipelines. The device of layout of flexible irrigation pipelines is made in the form of oppositely installed in a cross-vertical plane to the movement direction by pairs of brackets of the frame of axes with cartridges mounted by pairs. Each axle has a socket joint of limiting torque power effect. In the V-belt transmission of gearing drive shaft of the device the straining pulley is mounted through the axis on a spring-loaded rocker arm. The arm has a handle and foot control. The angular rotation of the arm is limited by an adjustable stop. Braking device for each cartridge is made in the form of a cylindrical spiral spring. One end of spring is joined with a hole of the driven shaft. Coils of the spring are joined with tension with the cartridge cylindrical sleeve. The driven shaft and the driven pulley are mounted on the console part of the supporting axis. The driven shaft with its ratchets, mounted on the end part, is joined with the ratchets mounted on the hub of the driven pulley of V-belt transmission.

EFFECT: this design enables to improve the quality of laying flexible drip lines.
