FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a frame, a slave shaft with a cassette on a cantilever part, a shaft drive with a cassette. The cassette has a corrugated cross-like cartridge and flanges coupled with the cross-like corrugated cartridge and arranged on the driving shaft by means of diametrically aligned pairs of corrugations. Slave shafts are installed with the possibility of installation of two and more cassettes on the cantilever part in the diametrical plane of a rotary pillar. The rotary pillar is mounted on a frame by means of a non-rotary pillar. The rotary pillar has fixed positions discretely via every 90° of rotation angles. The kinematic circuit of the driving shafts drive includes a cardan telescopic shaft, an additional shaft with Hooke joints at the ends, a splint bushing. The telescopic shaft connects a shaft of power takeoff of an aggregated tractor with a suspended shaft of a frame. The additional shaft with Hooke joints at the ends connects a suspension shaft with a receiving shaft of a conical reducer of the frame. The splint bushing is connected by a vertically installed shaft of the conical reducer of the frame with the receiving vertical one of the conical reducer of the rotary pillar. Output splint horizontal ends of the conical reducer are connected to bushings at the ends of slave shafts installed on the board of the rotary pillar. The free end of each slave shaft during reeling of flexible watering pipelines into bobbins has a possibility of fixation on a frame. The cassette is fixed on elastic split rings. Split rings are installed in bores at the ends of corrugated cartridges and at the ends of corrugations on the driving shaft.

EFFECT: increased quality of flexible watering pipelines laying into bobbins when reeled.
