SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of dry mixture based on grains containing soya component, wheat mill offals and additives, downloading of the moistened mixture to the extruder, extruding the mixture while heated to the temperature of above 100°C, punching of plasticised mixture through a spinneret of the matrix under pressure, swelling of the extrudate at the exit of the spinneret of the matrix under influence of pressure drop, formation of porous cord and cutting it into pieces. When preparing dry mixture based on grains as a soya component, a soya oil cake is used, and corn flour is used as an additive, as well as flour of at least one of dried aquatic organisms from the group: gammarus, daphnia, bloodworm, tubifex and fish, the next ratio in wt %: soya oil cake 10-15, wheat mill offals 3-5, flour, corn flour 20-80 and flour of at least one of dried aquatic organisms from the aforementioned group is the rest. Before loading the mixture into the extruder cyclical start heating is previously carried out by the outside heater up to the temperature of 150-180°C and cooling is carried out up to the temperature of 115-130°C. After the second cycle of heating and cooling heating of the extruder by external heater is stopped. Then moistened mixture is loaded into the extruder. Extrusion of the mixture is carried out with internal heating of raw materials up to the temperature of 115-140°. Punching of the plasticised mixture is carried out through a spinneret of the matrix under the pressure 2-6 MPa.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to obtain dry extruded food for fish.
