FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, specifically to a method for recycling of buckwheat husk. The proposed method lays in processing of buckwheat husk with alkaline fraction of electroactivated water with pH 9-10 and redox potential of -800 mV to a moisture content of 20% and further extrusion at a temperature of 100°C and a pressure of 10 MPa.
EFFECT: method enables to recycle nonutilisable waste and improve their nutritional value.
