SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely technology of feeding poultry. The method of feeding broiler chickens includes an adding of probiotic to feed of broiler chicken. As a probiotic active bacteria Bifidobacterium bifidum No. 1 are used. Lecithin is added together with a probiotic into the feed and it is mixed thoroughly, at that lecithin is added into the feed daily in the amount of 1% by weight of feed for 200 animal units, and a probiotic is added in the amount of 50 million cells per 200 animal units.

EFFECT: implementation of the invention allows to improve edible quality of meat of large hothouse chickens, and improve profitability of poultry meat production.
