FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used to increase temperature of power accumulator vehicle electric power supply system. First voltage control unit (50-1) comprises first unit (54-1) of proportional-reset control (PI), first switching unit (55-1) and first subtraction unit (56-1). First subtraction unit (56-1) subtracts output signal of first switching unit (55-1) from inverse number of theoretical gain of converter (8-1) representing (voltage (Vb1) /(set voltage (VR1)) that makes voltage distortion compensation element. Similarly, second voltage control unit (50-2) comprises second unit (54-2) of proportional-reset control (PI), second switching unit (55-2) and second subtraction unit (56-2). Switching control unit (7) controls first and second switching control units (55-1) and (55-2) in control over temperature increase to effect control over unit of proportional-reset control (PI) for voltage control unit on discharge side and cut off out signal of aforesaid (PI) unit on charge side.
EFFECT: faster power accumulator temperature increase.
