SUBSTANCE: proposed transport facility comprises first rechargeable power accumulator, device to convert external power source electric power, connecting device mounting section, second rechargeable power accumulator, control unit and low-voltage charging device. Connecting device mounting section is connected, in charging, to connection unit to receive electric power from external power source. Second rechargeable power accumulator features output voltage lower than that of the first power accumulator. Control unit processes electric power from second power accumulator and controls power conversion performed by power converter. Low-voltage charging device serves to charge second power accumulator. Transport facility charging device comprises connecting unit to be connected during transport facility charging and low-voltage charging device to charge second power accumulator. Transport facility charging system comprises above described transport facility and charging device.

EFFECT: uninterrupted charging of power accumulator.
