FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: principle of power supply system operation consists in the following: when modules (10) and (20) of power accumulation are in normal condition, system relays (SMR1) and (SMR2) are maintained in switched-on condition. Converter (18) performs operation of voltage conversion according to mode of voltage control (step-up conversion), and converter (28) performs operation of step-up conversion according to mode of power control. If a certain faulty condition occurs in module (10) of power accumulation, and system relay (SMR1) is disconnected, converters (18) and (28) stop operation of voltage transformation and maintain electroconductive condition between modules (10) and (20) of power accumulation and main positive line (MPL), main negative line (MNL).
