FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: internal combustion engine comprises at least one section made up of stator accommodating power shaft to revolve therein about its main axis. Shaft outer gearing wheel is fitted on said shaft inside rotor and engaged with rotor inner gearing wheel. Program inner gearing wheel is fitted inside rotor and aligned with the latter. Program outer gearing wheel is arranged inside aforesaid rotor program gear wheel, engaged therewith and fitted on stator aligned with the shaft main shaft. Rotor is fitted on circular cam outer cylindrical surface, aligned with its to rotate thereabout, outer cylindrical surface being located off center of the shaft main axis. Said cam is fitted on stator to revolve thereabout. Shaft flywheel disk is fitted on the shaft and aligned with it. Engine incorporates at least two counterweights arranged to revolve and opposite said cam relative to the shaft main axis outside the rotor. Engine comprises also one additional circular cam and one additional pair of program gears. Each counterweight is fitted on each cam. Pair of power gears is arranged inside rotor. Each pair of program gear wheels and each cam are arranged inside rotor and nearby its every plane.
EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency.
