FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: internal combustion engine comprises a rotor section made up of a stator housing a cam shaft. A prism-like rotor is fitted on the shaft cam, the prism parallel bases centers being located on the cam axis. The rotor profile represents a symmetric star with equal number of apexes and faces. On of the rotor prism faces accommodates an internal engagement gear rigidly fixed thereon in mesh with the external engagement gear rigidly fitted on the stator surface. The stator profile epicycloid symmetric to the shaft main journal axis represents a closed line of the rotor apexes sun-trajectory and, in rotor operation, contains an equal number of alternating symmetric sectors with convex and concave shape relative to the shaft main-journal part. Note that the rotor body face center has a recess. The stator gear diameter-to-rotor gear diameter ratio is equal to 4 to 5. The stator profile epicycloid sectors, concave relative to the shaft main journal part axis, located on both sides of the stator epicycloids smaller axis of symmetry, are furnished with arc-like recesses arranged in the stator body between the epicycloid concave sector with intake and discharge openings and the sector with the ignition plug.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of displacement internal combustion engine.
