FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: automatic energy-efficient grain dryer comprises heat insulated shaft with two heat exchangers, automatic system of dryer isothermic mode control and automatic system of grain loading and unloading with the help of information-metering system on the basis of microcontroller. One of heat exchangers is arranged in upper part of shaft and consists of square pipes installed as inclined and communicated with water collector to remove condensate accumulated in pipes without contact with dried grain as drying agent passes by to further participate in drying process. The second heat exchanger is located in lower part of shaft and is connected to fan, which serves for supply of cold air, and gate for return of heat taken from heat exchanger into drying zone.

EFFECT: increased intensity, efficiency and quality of grain drying.
