FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: there is performed removal of driving transformer, development of power transformer with minimum capacitor coupling of primary and secondary windings, introduction of additional windings (20), (21) to feed shapers (13), (14), which control power transistor switches (1), (2), and introduction of voltage detector (24) which, in case load current decreases below the specified limit, changes the parameters of timing RC - circuit (22), which leads to increase of commutation period of converter. Frequency reduction allows maintaining stable self-oscillations at no-load and automatic providing "soft commutation" mode within the whole load current change range.
EFFECT: simplifying and cheapening of voltage converter, enlarging allowable load current change range to zero value.
