FIELD: converting equipment, possible use in secondary electric power sources.

SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, transistor key switching phase modulation block is excluded and setting transformer is introduced, primary winding of which (15) through decoupling capacitor (16) is connected to primary power source (5) and to middle point of transistor keys (1,2), secondary windings (17, 18) through generators (19,20) are connected to control input and output circuits of transistor keys (1,2). Such an inclusion allows combination of usage of transistors (1,2) as setting generator and power keys, making it possible to maintain "soft commutation" mode in broad range of load current changes.

EFFECT: simplified and cheapened voltage transformer.
