FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular - to methods for production of animal fodder from by-products of starch-syrup production. The method envisages mixing fibre with condensed maize extract with preliminary neutralisation of its acidity with calcium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide; preparation of calcium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide aqueous solution proceeds in the presence of condensed maize extract contained in the same vessel but isolated from the solution. The chemical reaction results in the condensed maize extract heating followed by its mixture with the aqueous solution until production of a homogenous mass consequently mixed with the fibre.
EFFECT: invention usage enables production of high quality raw fodder at a low cost.
