SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, specifically to fodder production. Method for production of a grain feedstock based feed product is implemented by preparing a nutrient substrate, introducing a producer culture, culturing the microorganisms and drying the resulting mixture. Nutrient substrate is the curative waters of corn grain or a mixture of corn wax and wet extruded cornmeal in a ratio of 1:3–1:10. As the producer culture, the Trichosporon pullulans yeast strain is used, able to actively grow at pH 4.0–8.5 and alkalize the acidic substrate during growth.

EFFECT: implementation of the invention makes it possible, using cheap, not requiring special preparation techniques, difficult to dispose of byproducts of starch-fiber production, to obtain a fodder product with high biological value.
