FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metal powders production and may be used to create materials with high heat conductivity and high electric resistance. To produce submicron and nano-particles of aluminium with dense dielectric nitride-containing coating, aluminium wire is fed into high-frequency field of cross-current inductor. Wire is heated up to its melt temperature and is evaporated in laminar flow of inertial gas. Produced vapours are condensed to produce particles in liquid conditions. Nitrogen-containing gas is introduced into laminar flow to produce coating. Produced particles are cooled and caught by filter. At the same time in order to produce coating from aluminium oxynitride or from aluminium nitride and oxynitride, aluminium wire is used, which has oxide layer on surface. Nitrogen-containing gas is nitrogen or ammonia.

EFFECT: invention provides for high electric resistance, oxidation and agglomeration protection.
