FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, in particular to compositions and methods of preparing concrete mixtures, concretes and mortar using complex modifying additives. Method of producing fine-grained nano-modified concrete mixture by mixing cement, sand, plasticiser and nano-modifying additive – "Taunit-M", consists in the fact that plasticiser used is "Polyplast SP-3" in amount of 0.6-1 wt.% of cement weight, which is pre-dispersed in tempering water using an ultrasonic disperser ”УЗГ-0.1-22” with frequency of 22 kHz until complete dissolution, and said nanomodifying additive "Taunit-M" in amount of 0.0003-0.0007 wt.% of the weight of cement is pre-mixed with cement and sand, taken in weight ratio of cement : sand – 1:3, obtained mixture is subjected to grinding by means of ferromagnetic grinding bodies under action of electromagnetic field with induction of 0.1 T and frequency of 50 Hz for 2 minutes, and then mixed with plasticizer solution in concrete mixer to obtain homogeneous concrete mixture, with weight ratio of water : cement – 0.38:0.34.
EFFECT: high strength of the concrete mixture, including early hardening periods while reducing cement costs.
