FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in delivery and forced agitation in two stages of the fiber-concrete mixes, in the first stage fine aggregate with non-metallic fiber is fed and forced-agitated. In the second stage mineral binder is introduced in the mix of the component prepared in the first stage. Use is made of mineral fiber, whose diameter and length make up 0.25 to 3.0 and 0.25 to 2000 micrometers. In the first stage the process of mixing of mineral fiber with fine aggregate is accomplished at their relation in mass equal to 1:4-500, and combined with simultaneous dispersion of mineral fiber by dynamic action on it by fine aggregate for 1 to 10 min at a speed of forced displacement of the interacting components by the mixer working member equal to 5 to 110 m/s. In the second stage the process of agitation of mineral binder with the mix of the components prepared in the first stage is accomplished at their relation in mass equal 1: 1-30 for 2 to 15 min at a speed of agitation of the components equal to 0.1 to 5.0 m/s.
