SUBSTANCE: invention relates to appliances used in underwater rescue works. Proposed appliance comprises shell, rope with hook attached to said shell from below to secure said shell to sunken object and holder with capsule arranged at the shell lower part. On immersing the shell to sunken object, the shell is filled with water. Capsule contains substance that interacts with water to liberate gas. Capsule wall is made from water labile material that collapses in preset time interval. Shell outer side top accommodates a tight chamber filled with gas or other medium easier than water.

EFFECT: easier delivery of appliance to aquatory bottom and salvage.
