SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. Proposed system comprises rudder arranged to turn about its axis to stay in whatever angular position within preset range, set of data sources able to generate current flight parametres, foot control element connected with transducer, first device to determine deviation instruction, actuator to receive said deviation instruction and to displace rudder about its axis in response to said instruction, second device to change fist and second displacement limits depending upon current flight parametres.
EFFECT: high efficiency of flight control, reduced load on control surfaces.
