FIELD: nanotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of mass production of nanodispersed materials (NDM) in the form of nanopowders (NP) or nanotubes (NT), in particular in the form of carbon nanotubes (CNT), and also to devices for their realisation. Method for production of NDM consists in the following: precursor of NDM is introduced into pores of solid sacrificial carrier or onto this carrier with its further multistage treatment, which changes its composition and/or structure and/or texture and results in production of NDM. Multistage treatment is carried out in pyrolytic reactor, solid sacrificial carrier is represented by granules of porous carbon material, which performs functions of 2D limited microreactors, and process of NDM separation from solid sacrificial carrier is carried out by reaction of complete selective oxidation of porous carbon material to monoxide and/or dioxide of carbon and exhaust of this gas from reactor. Device for production of NDM represents pyrolytic reactor of continuous action with reaction chamber in the form of tight shaft. Shaft is arranged of tightly joined at least two modules, each thermal zone, which surrounds shaft, is created by several thermal sections, every of which represents a heater, besides modules of shaft and sections of thermal zones are arranged with the possibility to provide for tight connection of modules and tightly connect thermal sections to each other. Reactor is arranged with the possibility to readjust reactor shaft and thermal zones, accordingly.

EFFECT: invention provides for continuous production of highly uniform NDM, makes it possible to control NDM geometry, makes microreactor universal with the possibility to readjust it depending on shape of produced NDM - NP or NT.
