FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dispersion of carbon nanotubes (CNT) and can be used to obtain stable dispersions containing carbon nanomaterials dispersed in organic solvents. Method includes introduction into liquid medium of nanotubes in the form of powder and exposure to it by ultrasonic vibrations. Liquid medium is prepared by mixing two separately prepared solutions, one of which is obtained by synthesis of water-soluble bis-triethanolamine titanate, and other is by synthesis of triethanolamine fatty acid salt. Solutions are loaded together with nanotubes into cooled mixer and mixed by means of mixer with continuous passing part of solution through ultrasonic disperser, in which performing the ultrasonic vibrations energy dispersion in the acoustic cavitation mode, and by feeding the carbon dioxide gas into mixer for 3 hours, after which saturated solution is fed into storage container, in which it is held for chemical reactions. Obtained dispersion is fed into a filter dryer in which the product is washed with demineralised water saturated with carbon dioxide until achieving pH 4÷5 and dried.
EFFECT: obtaining high-quality CNT nanopowder to obtain stable dispersions.
