FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: wind-driven power plant comprises at least one wind-powered generator consisting of blades taking up wind power, and at least one electromechanical transducer connected to it. Wind-powered generator blades are fixed so that can carry out bending vibrations across the flux and torsional vibrations along its own elastic axis (flutter). Wind-powered generators are placed in grid cell, they can make a half turn about vertical axis at 180°, for which purpose blades are located behind the rotation axis. Grids, which are spread on the frames, are fixed on one pillar in perpendicular vertical planes and are hanged in a number of rows with the help of pillars and tension braces, in addition one system of rows is located square to another and to ground surface. Each wind-powered generator has a hub connected with torsion bar, hub has blades in it, which can rotate and each of them has a torsion bar with its axis lying in longitudal axis of blade. Torsion bar connects blade and hub, and centre of mass of each blade is located backwards along wind flux in relation to blade axis. Electromechanical transducer is connected to couple with horizontal torsion bar in the attaching point of hub.
EFFECT: range extension of flux operating velocities, which provide the opportunity of its efficient use, reducing material consumption and labour intensity of production, increasing operating reliability.
