FIELD: wind power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering and can be used to generate electric power in conditions of wind speed pulsations. Wind power plant comprising a base, a rotary hub, a support frame, a generator and a wind wheel with a horizontal axis; support frame, with a bladed wind generator suspended on a rotary shaft, is equipped with an adjustable threshold mechanism made in the form of a support roller with a spring mounted on the support frame, and a limiting disc mounted on the rotary shaft, and a smoothing shock absorber located on the opposite side relative to the threshold mechanism.
EFFECT: increased service life of wind generators, which allows to perform their maintenance much less frequently.
