FIELD: wind power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: wind-driven power plant of orthogonal type, including mast with electric generator and wind wheel in the form of radial from mast beams in connection of shaft of generator with vertical blades of convex-concave aerodynamic profile, which is turned with convexity to axis of rotation of windwheel. Each blade of windwheel is equipped with additional blade made convex-concave, at that, additional blade has slat installed at distance from nose part of additional blade, and is installed relative to blade by convexity to axis of rotation with displacement to axis of rotation of wind wheel by 1/3 of chord and by 2/3 of chord towards rotation of windwheel, and also each blade and additional blade are installed on crossarm with possibility of changing their angle of attack with fixation of selected angle.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing blade torque and, as a result, increasing power of wind-driven power plant.
