FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: device has a power supply unit, a processor, data storage, measurement channels with analogue-to-digital converters (ADC), mounted in industrial cases and posts, is made in form of a modular structure and consists of a frame with a power supply control system, and three detachable functionally complete modules with conductive cooling of heating elements through the finned surface of the housing of the module whose area is proportional to power dissipated by the module. The first module works as an uninterruptible power supply and its front panel is finned. The second module serves as an interface with equipment, and the third module enables computer monitoring of the state of the equipment and controls the entire controller. The third module has a hatch with a key, which closes the front panel on which there are connectors for the keyboard and data exchange and devices for controlling the module. Each module is used independently and has a connector for connecting the frame, guide slides and a lever for facilitating joining/separating the connector and fixing the module in the frame. The connector of each module in the working position is closed by the edge of its cover which enters the groove on the wall of the frame, and connectors of the rear panel of the controller for outer connections is closed by a cover and sealing elements of the cable inlet.
