FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing fruit canned food. The method envisages preparation of the recipe ingredients, scalding, straining and finishing apples, apricots, kiwi fruits and feijoa, their mixture in a pre-set proportion, addition of sugar, vacuum-boiling, packaging and pressurisation.
EFFECT: invention preserves thus produced are noted for a composition balanced in terms of a number of biologically active substances to be used for gerontological dietary alimentation.
