SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of pharmaceutics, in particular to peroral medicinal form, representing suitable for suspension preparation solid granulated mixture, which forms gel in a fast way. Granulated mixture, as active ingredient, contains acid-sensitive proton pump inhibitor, distributed in mass of granules with enterosuluble coating, and suspension-modifying granulate, which contains quickly soluble diluent, gel-forming agent, acidic pH-regulating agent, and binding substance, with granulate not containing bicarbonate and carbonate salts and ratio between binding agent and gel-forming agent in suspension-modifying granulate constituting from 1:2 to 1:3 wt/wt.

EFFECT: invention allows in a quick way to obtain homogenous, viscous, stable suspension, containing proton pump inhibitor in form that protects it against contact with acidic environmental factors.
