SUBSTANCE: invention proposes oral medicinal formulation comprising a core material covered by semi-permeable membrane wherein core material comprises an active component taken among the group consisting of omeprazole, its alkaline salt, S-omeprazole and its alkaline salt in mixture with more than one alkaline addition, one or more than agent promoting to swelling and, possibly, pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. Indicated medicinal formulation is not coated by enterosoluble envelope. Invention provides design of oral medicinal formulation with sustained-release of omeprazole being without applying layer of enterosoluble coating.
EFFECT: improved and valuable pharmaceutical properties of preparation.
