SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a clamping device for usage during fixation of the blank being treated with the help of a bench-type circular cold sawing machine as well as a bench-type circular cold sawing machine containing such a clamping device. The clamping device 1 includes a support rod 2 mounted on the base 31 of the a bench-type circular cold sawing machine (moving circular saw 30), the first lever 3 connected to the support rod and projecting forward, the second lever 5 whose rear end part is connected to the front end part of the first lever 3 so that the second lever 5 is capable of turn within a horizontal plane and may be retained in any angle position and/or the rear end part of the second lever 5 is capable of motion upwards and downwards and may be retained in any vertical position. The clamping rod 6 located in the front end part of the second lever 5 is designed so that to enable motion upwards and downwards and capable to provide for fixation of the component being treated positioned within the cutting zone.

EFFECT: improved convenience of the cutter tool usage.
