FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting equipment. Hydraulic elevator comprises a system of hydraulic positive-displacement transmissions arranged in equally-spaced steps in elevator shaft. Said system additionally comprises second hydraulic positive-displacement transmissions. First hydraulic positive-displacement transmissions are vertically secured to shaft walls in four angular spaces of the shaft in three rows in every said space. Second hydraulic positive-displacement transmissions are horizontally secured to elevator cab (platform) bottom plane, three second hydraulic positive-displacement transmissions in every of shaft four angular spaces and have their rods directed at right angle to lengthwise axes of the rods of first hydraulic positive-displacement transmissions in every of four shaft angular spaces so that extended rod of appropriate second transmissions rests on that of the first transmission in each of four angular spaces at a time. Operation of the first and second transmissions occurs simultaneously to allow elevator cab (platform) to move vertically.
EFFECT: increased height of cab (platform) vertical motion.
