FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compact sewage disinfector intended for hospitals. Proposed disinfector comprises mechanical cleaning unit and chemical disinfection unit. Note here that mechanical cleaning unit includes device separating and dehydrating solid particles contained in sewage that comprises two cleaning stages. Each of the latter incorporates mesh filter and its cleaning device made up of rotary brushes. Second stage comprises additionally grinder of solid wastes made up of revolving rollers. Disinfector incorporates also mechanical pre-cleaning unit comprising macerator for crushing solid wastes that comprises drive shaft, rotary head with blades secured thereon and coupled with drive motor, and fixed plate with holes. Edges of said holes made cutting edges, aforesaid plate is arranged between said blades and intake chamber.
EFFECT: higher safety of disinfector, personnel and environments, no need in continuous control over device operation.
