FIELD: disinfection treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disinfection barriers (hereinafter referred to as a barrier) intended for disinfection of incoming/outgoing vehicles on the territory of livestock, agricultural, food and other enterprises. The disinfection barrier for incoming and outgoing vehicles is a base made of solid material, on the basis of which there is a bath for the disinfectant, conditionally divided into parts: the bottom, in front and behind which there are low angle ascents/descents: entry/exit, the bottom and sections of the entry/exit are fenced with sides, on both sides of the barrier access roads are located, a reinforcement frame is mounted inside the base of the barrier, as well as a heating cable consisting of sections. At the same time, heat insulation is laid under the base of the barrier, the entry/exit sections are equipped with storm drains, the operation of the heating cable sections is regulated by temperature sensors located in each of the heating zones between the coils of the heating cable in the body of the base of the barrier, and thermostats installed in the control panel, also the barrier is equipped with a platform for pre-washing wheels equipped with a sand trap, as well as disinfection frame with nozzles located along the perimeter of spraying the surface of vehicles with disinfectant, in addition, a thermal frame with an automatic electric drive is installed on the area of the bath mirror, which is a metal frame with hydro-thermal insulation material, one side of which is pivotally attached to the side of the barrier bath, and cables are attached to the opposite side, passed through blocks fixed to the wall on the opposite side of the thermal frame, additionally the bath and the platform for pre-washing the wheels are equipped with a drain for the disinfectant, connected to a septic tank, which is a tank for settling and filtering used disinfectant, re-fed into the system for disinfection treatment of vehicles using a pump.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of the disinfection barrier.
