FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: system of profile connection consists of profile rods and connecting elements. The profile rods on their external sides have slots for connection by means of locator keys. The connecting element consists of a support installed and fixed in an axial lengthwise opening in the first profile rod. The support has a through opening for a screw resting on the support. There is also an opening for a key on a tubular body enveloping the opening. A strained by the screw anchor truss is located in the second profile rod. The opening for the key adjoins a position of support installation and screw head with axial length of at least 40 mm, which lets the locator key with a hinge or with in essence a spherical head with flats at angle 10-50°, mainly 20-40° to lengthwise axis of the profile rod pass simultaneously through a gap of the slot on an external side of the profile and through the key opening and facilitates insertion into the head of the screw. Also in the second profile rod there is arranged correspondingly fit and strained by the screw the anchor truss depending on type of angular connection as connection end side-lengthwise side or connection end side-end side, or correspondingly, depending on angle of connection as right angle, obtuse angle or acute angle. The procedure for connecting the said polygonal profile rods proceeds like follows: the support together with the screw is inserted and fixed from the end side of the first profile rod into the axial lengthwise opening. The support mainly corresponds to self-tapping threaded insertion. The locator key at angle of approximately 10-40° to lengthwise axis of the first profile rod is installed into the screw head through the key opening in the tubular body. The anchor truss located in the second profile rod is strained by means of the screw.

EFFECT: simplified assembly and increased reliability of structure.
